Export Orders
- Export orders may be charged to Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit cards or paid by International Money Order or wire transfer in US Dollars.
- Export orders are subject to processing charges due to additional transaction costs such as wire transfer banking fees.
- Export orders must be placed via fax 91.22.22045352,mail, or e-mailed to sales@glass-syringe.com
Standard shipping methods for Export orders are :

- and DHL
For UPS, Federal Express,and DHL shipments,please provide an account number and Tax ID (EIN or GST) for freight,duty and VAT billing.

Orders must be placed using a Sewa Medicals Ltd /Top Syringe Mfg Co (P) Ltd. (sellers) catalog no. Customer reference numbers may be included on the invoice and packing slip if requested when the order is placed. Usually orders are shipped within working 48 hours. Express delivery orders are shipped with the next available pick up by the requested carrier.

Price
- All prices published by Seller or quoted by Seller's representatives may be changed at anytime without prior notice.
- All prices quoted by Seller or Seller’s representatives are valid for thirty(30) days, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- All prices for the Products will be as specified by Seller or,if no price has been specified or quoted, will be Seller's price in effect at the time of shipment.
- All prices are subject to adjustment on account of specifications, quantities, raw materials, cost of production, shipment arrangements or other terms or conditions which are not part of Seller's original price quotation unless mentioned otherwise.

Taxes and Other Charges
Prices for the Products exclude all sales, value added and other taxes and duties imposed with respect to the sale, delivery, or use of any Products covered hereby on EXW/DDU Basis, all of which taxes and duties must be paid by Buyer. If Buyer claims any exemption, Buyer must provide a valid, signed certificate or letter of exemption for each respective jurisdiction.

Delivery; Cancellation or Changes by Buyer
The Products will be shipped to the destination specified by Buyer, F.O.B. Seller's shipping point. Seller will have the right, at its election, to make partial shipments of the Products and to invoice each shipment separately. Seller reserves the right to stop delivery of Products in transit and to withhold shipments in whole or in part if Buyer fails to make any payment to Seller when due or otherwise fails to perform its obligations here under. All shipping dates are approximate only, and Seller will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any delay in delivery or failure to deliver which is due to any cause beyond Seller's reasonable
control. In the event of a delay due to any cause beyond Seller's reasonable control, Seller reserves the right to terminate the order or to reschedule the shipment within a reasonable period of time, and Buyer will not be entitled to refuse delivery or otherwise be relieved of any obligations as the result of such delay. Products as to which delivery is delayed due to any cause within Buyer's control may be placed in storage by Seller at Buyer's risk and expense and for Buyer's account. Orders in process may be canceled only with Seller's written consent and upon payment of Seller's cancellation charges. Orders in process may not be changed except
with Seller's written consent and upon agreement by the parties as to an appropriate adjustment in the purchase price therefor. Credit will not be allowed for Products returned without the prior written consent of Seller.

Acceptable Payment Methods
The Seller prefers to receive payment via electronic interface methods i.e. Paypal or Wire Transfer that directly exchange funds between the Buyer's and Seller's bank accounts. Although the Seller does accept credit card payments at the time of purchase, it does not accept credit card payments after the point of sale.

Warranties
We warrant products distributed by Sewa Medicals Ltd /Top Syringe Mfg Co (P) Ltd. to be free of defects in material and workmanship. If our products do not meet this criteria, we will replace or repair the defective products as long as they are returned to Sewa Medicals Ltd /Top Syringe Mfg Co (P) Ltd. within 45 days of the invoice date. No warranty of merchantability or of fitness or any other warranty is expressed or implied. Sewa Medicals Ltd /Top Syringe Mfg Co (P) Ltd.is not liable for consequential or other damages, or for any expense incurred through the use of our products. Sewa Medicals Ltd /Top Syringe Mfg Co (P) Ltd. products are not intended for human implantation or use in aircraft applications.The products are intended for use in industrial, environmental, and analytical testing laboratories only.

Return Policy
Sewa Medicals Ltd /Top Syringe Mfg Co (P) Ltd. has a No Return Policy, and does not accept responsibility for customer errors. If, however, we have shipped you products that do not meet the terms of our warranty, or if we made an error in filling your order, or if the product arrives in damaged condition, please contact us within 10 days to discuss corrective action. To maintain traceability and product quality, products that leave our facility are never restocked or resold.

Assistance and Advice
Upon request, Sewa Medicals Ltd /Top Syringe Mfg Co (P) Ltd. will furnish,at its discretion, technical advice or assistance to the Buyer as an accommodation as it is available in reference to the goods. Sewa Medicals Ltd /Top Syringe Mfg Co (P) Ltd. assumes no obligation or liability for the advice or assistance given or results obtained, all such advice or assistance being given and accepted at Buyer’s risk.
